|How high are shipping costs?|
Shipping costs remain the same however many products you order at one time. They merely vary from recipient country to recipient country. You will find the shipping costs for your country here.
|How do I find out the shipping times for specific products?|
You will find the shipping time for a specific product on the respective product detail page, under the model number and above the price. The shipping time has a live link to our warehouse. Additionally, we regularly synchronise the availability of all products with our suppliers' systems. We are therefore not able to give you a more exact shipping time, either by telephone or e-mail, since we make use of exactly the same system. We ship in the times stated in 99% of cases. Should the actual shipping time vary from the time stated, or if a product cannot be supplied, we will contact you immediately by e-mail.
|Are the items I order insured in transit?|
We despatch your orders securely packed and insured against transport risks. If the parcel is damaged or does not reach you, the carrier is liable for the loss.
|What happens if I'm not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver my order?|
If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, he will leave it with a neighbour and place a notification in your mailbox to that effect. If the parcel cannot be left with a neighbour, he will leave a notification in your mailbox that it was not possible to deliver the parcel. You must then be sure to contact the telephone number on the notification card and arrange a new delivery. If you do not collect the parcel within 7 working days or have it re-delivered, it will be returned automatically to Edel Optics.

We ship worldwide. You will find a list of the shipping costs to the respective recipient countries here. If your country is not among them, please contact our support hotline.
|Which credit cards do you accept?|
We accept the following credit cards for your payments: Master, Visa, American Express and Maestro.
|Do you also accept payments by normal bank transfer?|
Naturally we also accept payments by bank transfer. Simply choose the point "Bank Transfer" when placing your order.
|Can I pay by direct debit?|
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this method of payment at the present time. We are currently making arrangements to provide this option and expect it to be available from the beginning of 2012.
