Represented in 53 countries, each with its own online store, the Hamburg-based Edel-Optics is one of the most widely spread e-commerce companies ever internationally. The individual stores are operated via the associated country domains and managed from Germany. Around two-thirds of the total turnover of Edel-Optics is currently generated by international business.

From the logistics centre, which is linked to the flagship store, the packages are dispatched all over the world. Even the multilingual customer support centre handles all requests from Hamburg.

Now that broad-based expansion of the company has provisionally been concluded, the focus should shift to developing individual markets further.

Edel-Optics operates online shops in 53 countries. Packages have already been dispatched to 127 countries. The stores are operated via the country-specific domains and are individually adapted to the respective markets with regard to language, currency, prices, support contact, delivery times etc.

SERVICE

The international customers are served by a friendly and competent multilingual support team. A special telephone system puts callers through to a contact with the appropriate language skills.
