Fall in Love – These Sunglasses and Sneakers Definitely Belong Together in Autumn 2018

    By Dominik | b | 0 comment | 20 September, 2018 | 0

Last week we already feared that autumn was approaching. Now it is finally here.
Anyone who in the past few days has been strolling through the city, window shopping, knows that shorts and mini-skirts have now been replaced by coats and scarves. But fortunately, two accessories are always in season – sunglasses and sneakers!

Accordingly, I ask myself which sunglasses and sneaker novelties can be combined with autumn fashion.

    The Falcon has Landed

The term “falcon” neither refers to birds of prey nor the socks of the same brand (even if the latter is perfect for autumn weather). What is meant is the new sneaker, that Adidas recently dedicated its entire booth to at the Bread & Butter lifestyle festival. This retro sneaker in the 90s look is neither too clumsy nor too petite, perfectly in line with the trend of the times. And it is right up my street!

And the matching sunglasses? – Can’t be shrill enough! If the sneaker has fancy colours, the matching sunglasses can be even more colourful. For a suitable match, I recommend Vogue Sunglasses sunglasses for ladies who are fans of the 90s. The colour gradient of the lenses ranges from pink to rosé to violet. The shape of the glasses is totally 90s style Cat Eye. If the meowing is still not loud enough, you can swap them for Fendi Sunglasses. More Cat Eye is impossible!

Nike Swoosh – Drop it like it’s hot

Among fashionistas, the swoosh is probably what the cross is for devout Christians. The swoosh symbol is the trademark of Nike and is one of the most famous symbols in the world, often seen on sneakers of the sporting goods manufacturer. In all imaginable colours from white to black. Sometimes matt, sometimes shimmering. Stretched to the heel like on the Nike Cortez model, sometimes in miniature as on the Jewell models. The version that has not yet existed and that made me rub my eyes, is the swoosh on Nike Air Force 1 Jester, where nothing on this shoe is where it belongs. The Swoosh was just dropped a few inches, slanting towards the midsole, the tag, which one actually expects to be inside, dangling vivaciously sideways on the heel. For this shoe “Made in Vietnam” should rather be changed to “Made in Chernobyl”. I know this sounds mean, but I don’t mean it like that! This sneaker is simply “different”, but refreshingly different.

Now all that remains is to find the sunglasses that will do justice to this explosion of artistic freedom. The multicolour sunglasses by Gucci, optionally in Cat Eye or round.  The Versace sunglasses in Vogue design, loosely reminiscent of symmetry breaks and colour variety. And it is such extravagance that appeals to stars like Beyonce.

    GIVE ME BALENCIAGA!

With the words “Give me, give me Balenciaga” millions of fans shout on YouTube, Spotify and Co., when the rapper Ufo361 pays homage to the brand Balenciaga in the track with the same name, by repeating this desire nine times. The craving for this brand could be due to the brand’s sneakers. Although most of the models look rather unusual, it is now not uncommon to see people wearing them. Influencers like Anna Rosendahl, who owns several pairs of Balenciaga Triple S, sets an excellent example.

The correct sunglasses for this style are provided, for example, by the Premium brand for sunglasses Fendi, but other models from our huge assortment are also available. For a noble and elegant look black is the colour to choose. If you want to be like Annabel, then choose a pair of sunglasses with a black frame, black lenses and cat eye shape.

Urban Life Style for Nature-Loving Kids

That’s what the boys and girls from Wood Fellas promise. With beautiful natural sunglasses made of precious wood you’re definitely on the right track. My personal favourites are the models   Nymphenburg and Trostberg. Combined with a plaid shirt and a full beard, the lumbersexual style is perfect.

And the whole thing is sustainable, because to produce Wood Fellas Sunglasses, precious wood pieces are purchased from furniture manufacturers which, due to their small size, are unsuitable to be made into furniture. When wearing Sunglasses by Wood Fellas, not only your look, but also your conscience is unobjectionable.

If you want to fill your Karma account right up to the brim, you should keep an eye on release of the KangaROOS Coil R1 “Mighty Forest”. This limited edition was created in cooperation with the sneaker store “Afew” and does not only have a green coating but has serious consequences for the environment – but for once in a positive sense! For each of the 300 pairs, a certificate is issued by two environmental organizations involved, confirming the newly planting of ten trees. As you walk around in your brand-new sneakers, ten trees are growing in Mexico. How much fairer can fair trade be?

With so many great ways to combine colourful autumn styles, there’s no reason to bemoan the summer. Jump into your favourite runners, put on your new sunglasses and take a walk in the colourful forest and let the sun rays shine on your nose through the light treetops.
