Roman aka ROMVN is a rapper, tattoo addict, fitness pro and style guru all in one. The son of guitar great Erlend Krauser, with whom he also released the album “Stärker als du denkst” (“Stronger than you think”), not only shares his workout routine with us on Instagram, but also shows us magical places in other countries as well as ways to a (style-)confident self. Which, of course, also involves great glasses.
Roman, tell us about your very first pair of glasses: how old were you back then? And what did these glasses look like?
It’s hard to say how old I was. But I’m relatively sure they were silver mirrored Ray-Ban imitations. I was a big fan of Guns N’ Roses when I was a kid and I saw one like that on one of the artists.
How do you make your glasses match your personal style?
First and foremost, you have to make sure that they suit your face. Not every pair of glasses that I like looks good on me. Then again, if the glasses look good on the person, they can go well with various styles.

How many pairs of sunglasses do you own today? And how do you choose the right ones for the day?
I own about twelve pairs of sunnies. I don’t have a formula, I always go by how I feel. They just have to fit my taste.
Which model of sunglasses will you wear out and about this summer? What do you like best about them?
Definitely the models Ian by Tom Ford and Presentation by VOOY. Both are simply classy and timeless, and most of all I like how they look on me.
