These Sunglasses are a guarantee for looking good for both men and women. Full rim frames completely enclose the lenses within the frame. For a convinced eyeglass wearer, any other frame style is ruled out, with very few exceptions. This brand of sunglasses, of course, also provides your eyes with optimum UV400 protection. Whether driving or out on the slopes, your own safety sometimes depends on your angle of vision. The polarizing lenses in this model block the glare from reflecting surfaces, such as water, glass or snow and best sight is guaranteed.
The model is in stock. If you order now with the express shipping option, we can even guarantee the time of delivery. In our online shop we have consistently low prices. You won't get Makamae at such a low price, not even in the sale.
Only sunglasses you will ever own again
Best sunglasses if you're looking for style, comfort, and durability!
Great quality
Love the lens
well-made, neutral-looking sunglasses
I gave these Maui Jim Makamae Square Sunglasses to my husband. We are unfamiliar with this brand (or pretty much any other brand of sunglasses), so we didn't know what to expect. We're happy to report that these seem well-made. My husband has been wearing them for a couple of months now in the car to commute to and from work. He has no complaints. He likes how they feel and can see clearly while driving.

Amazing Sunglasses!!
These sunglasses are awesome! I ordered them for my husband who has been wanting a new pair of Maui Jim's and he loves them. They are very stylish and have a sporty look to them. They fit his face perfectly, they are lightweight, and the lenses are super clear. They don't slide off his face like his last Sunglasses and they are comfortable on his nose and ears. He wears them every day now, says they are his favorite pair of glasses now. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
Maui may be back
I am a self identified sunglass snob. That said, I have around 10 pairs at any given time. Mostly older Costa and Maui frames but I have a couple pairs of Ray Bans and have owned everything from surf shop junk to Smith, Oakley, Randolf, AO, ect.My favorites are circa 2000 Costa 580g frames. I have a pair of Maui frames from that same era. Those are what I compare pretty much any new lenses to. I have had a couple of pairs of Maui glasses since the buyout a few years ago and have been really unimpressed. Same for Costa, Oakley, Native, ect after the Luxotica takeover. These are almost on par with what Maui use to be before the slight decline. They are well made. The hinges are solid. The UL Glass lenses are finally back to a solid optic and the antireflective (inside) coating is back to what I would expect from Maui. The polarization has always been solid and just as good as higher end Costa, which to me is the standard for water use.Overall, I don't think you can go wrong with this pair. I have had the Red Sands, Flats, Pehu, and Wedges in recent years and the Red Sands are the only to really compare. The others were returned.
These glasses have a \"quite\" style...
There is nothing I dislike. They are very lightweight and extremely comfortable to wear. The optics are exceptional and easy to wear. The style is quietly present without flare and flash. They are very nice sunglasses.
lightweight and great clarity
My wife is very sensitive to the weight of the sunglasses she wears. They seem to all hurt her nose after a while. These glasses do not have that problem. She can wear them for extended periods without it bothering her at all.The clarity on these is amazing. If you are used to $40 or $50 sunglasses then you will be amazed at the clarity. Maui Jim makes amazing sunglasses and I finally bought my first pair a year ago and I wondered why I waited so long. Now, my wife and I own 3 pair and love them all.
