Ordered some Oakley sunglasses from Edel Optics on a Tuesday evening from the UK and paid an extra £5 for express delivery; the glasses were dispatched on Wednesday morning and were delivered to me at 8:50am on the Thursday morning by FedEx. The sunglasses were perfect and very well packaged, all for an unbeatable price. Faultless service.

Delivery was only going to be a few days (all the way from Germany), and delivered on Wednesday, but they arrived the day before. Glasses are perfect. Would definitely recommend this company.

After reading some reviews and being slightly cautious, I can say that I’ve received my prada glasses at a brilliant price and they’re genuine. Unfortunately they were a few days late being delivered but I think that was due to UPS and not Edel optics

Excellent and efficient service great prices

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
