I was nervous they might be fake. There are a lot of fake sunglasses on here with designer names selling for prices that are too good to be true. I bought a pair of Versace that ended up being a second pair because I lost my other pair I bought from sunglass hut and when I receive these, I could tell right away they were fake as hell made a plastic and very light just quality was junk and they sold them to me for 130 the original ones I bought the real ones were 272. I just thought Amazon doesn’t sell fake stuff, but these sunglasses turned out to be the real deal as far as I know certificate of authenticity the serial number is where it should be in the way it’s embedded into the arm of the sunglasses. Very happy with these and these are my second pair as well can’t believe I had to buy them again after someone took my sunglasses without saying anything and then left them at someone’s house who they do not speak to anymore and I couldn’t get them back after saying that makes me so mad again because these were my favorite so glad I found them again for a good price

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.

Excellent and efficient service great prices
I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
