I love my sunglasses! They're exactly the ones i wanted and the ones shown on the picture. I would recommend buying them. I might buy another pair as a gift for a family member. The seller was excellent and I would deal with them again.I had major issues with the delivery. For whatever reason, the tracking number was changed and I was not notified. When I wasn't receiving any updates on the delivery, I contacted the seller and they were amazing in getting everything sorted out ... if it wasn't for them, the sunglasses would probably be sitting in a warehouse somewhere or returned to the seller.Glad that everything worked out in the end.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.

Excellent and efficient service great prices
I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
