Comfortable, functional sunglasses
For me, the most important thing about my sunglasses is that they aren’t too heavy or too tight on my temples and that they cut the glare. The sunglasses do both of those things beautifully, and they look stylish and modern as well. I ordered the tortoise frames with the brown polarized lenses.

When I think of sunglasses for fishing, I think of Maui Jim. The polarized lenses are spectacular and industry leading. It cuts glare out perfectly, and you are able to see through the water. I would always highly recommend Maui Jim sunglasses to all my friends and family that want good quality glasses with the best polarized performance.
My daily pair
Hip, comfy, and highly functional, these are my daily pair. It comes with a nice carry case for travel but I usually am wearing so often that it never gets in the case unless its going in my suitcase. The translucent plastic is so eye catching especially when in the sunlight. I'm usually not one for pricier sunglasses but honestly one of the best pairs I've ever owned. 5 stars!

FantasticIs an understatement. These are one (1) of the best sunglasses I have ever owned. Anything better would also be a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses that were either lost or broken and could not be repaired. The design is classic genius and the looks fashionable.How did this arrive?The sunglasses arrived in a semi sturdy, non-descript in color, semi-descriptive, retail type packaging that was just about larger in size then the contents and weighing in ounces.What was inside?Inside were the sunglasses, a case, and a polishing type of cloth to wipe the sunglasses.Weight?The sunglasses weighed in at no more than one (1) ounce, if that.Measurements?Each coupling measured 5” wide and under 2” in lens height.Durable?Yes, regrettably, these have been dropped several times with no negative consequences. Further, my toddlers had gotten their hands on them with a lot of bending, but no breaking and the lens did not scratch.Value?These are on the mid-to-premium price range. However, I think them worth the price for a major force in brand name sunglasses. You get what you pay for.Vision acoustics?Colors are enhanced and glare is reduced.Bridge?Single bridge with adjustable nose pads.Shape?Rectangular, that compliments [larger] round/heart/oval/oblong faces.Material?The frame, front, and temples appear to be nylon, helping them to be lightweight.Fit?For me perfect with the (eye) 57, (bridge) 17, (temple) 138, 4 base curve.Certifications?None really. Nice glasses, a shockingly flat face
these glasses are really nice, quality lenses and they are actually pretty comfortable, but I took one star off (and others may feel they fit better or worse, this is subjective, of course) because the front is super-flat, almost no wraparound or curvature to it, which I found somewhat uncomfortable and let a lot of light in the sides.Still nice, stylish, but not as comfortable as they could have been and not ideal for fishing then, which is what I got them for
Cute for women too
These are definitely unisex and so comfortable. Extremely clear polarized lenses and very lightweight on the face . Nice case and cloth as well. The only thing I don’t like is the stripe across the lens . You don’t notice it when you wear them . All in all these are so nice and an excellent find !
Stylish and modern
These glasses are dope! I love that the straight bridge of the nose gives a modern look to a very classic sunglasses frame. I also love that the case they come with folds flat for easily packing them away in my bag when I'm not wearing them, which is practically never! I love these glasses and wear them everywhere now. Highly recommend!
Maui Jim's are the best!
Super nice sunglasses! I love Maui Jim's and was so excited to get a pair for my husband. He says they are very comfortable and fit his head well. They don't slide off when he bends over and they stay put when on top of his head. They have a sleek and cool style, I got the black shades with grey lenses, and they match with everything he wears. They are solid and durable, very nice quality in every way. The lenses are the perfect tint to block out the sun while driving or just outside. They are clear and protective. My husband loves them and wears them every day. Overall satisfied and would recommend.
Great product
This review is for the translucent grey with blue lenses. The descriptive photos shown are showing a very clear and very light Gray, when we received these glasses we were surprised and happy with how dark the frames really are. Yes, they are a translucent matte grey and can appear slightly light but as soon as you put them on they take on a charcoal look. Wearing them they appear a matte dark charcoal frame with blue lenses. They are not as stark as black but look almost black on. I took several pics to show the color, shown with no object behind=translucent appearance, shown with object behind=dark charcoal appearance, and shown next to a pair of black glossy sunglasses to show contrast of gray vs black. The glasses themselves fit great because they're lightweight and fit a large face well. The lenses are such high quality and crystal clear that it doesn't feel like I'm wearing glasses. Can't go wrong with Maui Jim's, highly recommend!!
Good pool shades
Comfy, good coverage. Polarization makesit hard to see your phone, but definitely worth it for all the other benefits.The lenses appear to have a horizontal strip through them that is more silver than black. I like that look. My wife agrees. I have a pair of Ray Bans also, which I prefer for normal usage (ie driving) because they are a bit thinner and lighter weight, plus they seem to grab well to a baseball cap, where with these I’ve dropped them off the top of my cap a couple times.
