Great sunglasses

Look and feel were great! Unfortunately, I lost them sliding down a muddy hillside while hiking.

Was skeptical whether these were worth the price. They 100% are. Blows my Ray-Bans out of the water for quality, fit and appearance. Perfect for golf, driving or the beach.Customer service is outrageously good too. Mine got stepped on. Contacted MJ for a replacement screw/stem. They went above and beyond and had me send to their repair center for evaluation. An actual person (the technician) text me to tell me the fix and offer options. Replaced the stems and screws for free. I just had to pay for shipping to their repair ctr. They also included a new case and lens wipe. Amazed. Highly recommended!!

Great from Maui

Nice lenses

I lost my last pair of MJs. I was dumb enough to try to buy a cheaper pair from another brand. Had to return them and go for another pair of Maui Jims. I really like the clarity and crispness of the lens. These are excellent for fishing or any sunny place. Comfortable. The price always makes me cry but oh well.

Being an avid fisherman, I've used Maui Jim sunglasses for years. Polarized optics that cut through glare and make anything lurking below the water's surface clearly visible. Great for driving and wearing during any outdoor activities as well. The Red Sands adds to my collection of other Maui Jim sunglasses that I own. Light weight and great fitting for a price that is $100 cheper on Amazon. The performance of the Maui Jims far surpasses a similar pair of Oakly's that I also own. Highly recommended.

Asian face fit is legit

I bought their Peahi 10ish years ago, and while I loved the quality and clarity of the lenses, it was a lousy fit for my face -- particularly the nose bridge area. My nose is flat-ish there, and so the Peahi's would slide down my nose.Enter this pair and Yes! I don't know what other frame proportion adjustments they may have done overall, but the addition of the extended nose bridge stands make all the difference in the world. They're now positioned correctly for my face, are super comfortable, and of course still sport stellar lenses.THANK YOU Maui Jims!

Lightweight comfortable stylish.

These are the most comfortable glasses I’ve ever owned. They are super lightweight, the rubber pads on the earpieces are minimalist and very effective unlike large obtrusive pads that sometimes catch your hair. The bridge is adjustable so I have a perfect fit on my nose and since they’re so light, I never get marks on my nose. And with the “Asian Fit”, which makes the frame less curved and therefore eliminates or minimalizes cheek contact, I don’t even bump the frames when I smile or laugh. And with the size of the lenses, I have no issues with light leaking into my vision from the sides. And the lenses Maui Jim uses allow me to see everything in a more brilliant spectrum of color and vibrancy without being too dark. These are the best sunglasses I’ve ever owned. And, if it matters to you, they are not owned by Luxottica like everything else. (Look it up, trust me) 😎

Legitimately Maui Jim

I called Maui Jim's customer service to ask if this was their store and they confirmed it was. I bought the ManU edition. I had a previous pair of ManU glasses I bought from their site and this had the same case, confirming that it's authentic.Good purchase, great glasses.

Best for Asian fit with bigger head so far

After trying out so many Costa and Oakley I have to admit that the Maui Jim Red Sands is probably the best for Asian men if you have a big head and no nose arch like me. Also, I have a regular pair and by comparing with this Asian fit it seems they are exactly the same. Not sure why this was targeted Asian fit if it's the same configuration. Otherwise this is a really good pair and very lightweight too!

My father in law loves these shades but he says the case didn’t last long.

I've always been meant to avoid buying from a brand under Luxottica. So I have had 2 pairs from Warby Parker, and this is my first Maui Jim. The sunglasses are really well done. The frame feels sturdy. And the lens are polarized. The pads have a rubber layer, plus the inner of the lags also has a stripe of runner, so it doesn't slide easily. It also fit my large face well. I love it!
I haven't dropped the glasses so I can't say to how durable the lenses are, though other reviews do mention they can be scratched.

I used to wear a Red Sand from Maui Jim, and I bought it again with a different color. They are extremely light and have amazing polarized lens.

Favorite pair of glasses ever

My second pair. I love them. I live in Arizona and really need the eye protection, These sunglasses work for me. I recommend them highly. They are very light weight and do not bother the nose bridge area.

These glasses are perfect for a giant head (size 8, which translates to a XXXXL). As such, they do not look as good on a small head. Makes people look like they are children wearing their parents sunglasses. But, for larger faces they look fantastic and feel amazing.
Lens quality is excellent, clarity is fantastic. They seem really durable and are very scratch resistant.
One other thing, I like to wear the Deep Woods bug spray (100% deet) and that stuff is CAUSTIC. Makes my lips go numb. It's freaking awesome. Anyway, I've had it eat through camera backs, cell phone cases, hats and a ton of cheap sunglasses. Literally melted the stem off one of them. However, these glasses seem to handle it fine. The rubber doesn't melt and the plastic doesn't die. I know that doesn't matter to most people, but it does speak to the quality of their materials. It will definitely hold up to sweat and the toll of time.
Overall, excellent glasses.

They are light in weight. They fit perfectly with the nose grip area! There’s no issues in the nose fit. They have a clean design. Looks great! The view out of them amazing compared to my other polarized sunglasses. They have a greater block on the sun.

Outstanding. They don’t grip my head as well as I might like, and I’ve got a big head. Short trip to the sunglass store reshaped the arms, good to go.

These sunglasses are of good quality and do a good job filtering the sun, however, I had to return the pair I ordered because they were too large for my face and I did not like the nose rest. I took off one star because I found the nose rest to be uncomfortable. The nose rest is not integrated into the frame it stands off and is attached with two screws, this provides two points of contact with your nose. Take a close look at the photos and you will see what I mean. Most people would likely not find this to be an issue as the sunglasses themselves are great.

Amazing clarity and the fit and comfort are awesome. They look great as well with superb build quality. Can't praise them enough actually.

Very nice quality. Seems genuine. Much cheaper on Amazon than at the mall.
The outside of the lens is very reflective, like a mirror. I don't particularly care for that reflection, but everything else is nice.

Great sunglasses. I have a larger face and can have a difficult time finding sunglasses that look right. These look great and feel great. They are very light weight and sit off my face enough that my eye lashes don't touch the lenses. I really like the tint of lens. Some lenses are so dark it makes it hard to see out of tinted windows, these are not like that. They are just dark enough that the sun is not a problem but just light enough that your not struggling to see through your rear tinted windows. I currently have a couple high end designer sunglasses and a couple pairs of Ray-Bans and these Mauis are my favorite.

These are great shades. Very light and comfortable. Clarity is unmatched. I currently own three pairs of Maui Jims and have gone through several others over the years that were either broken or lost. Maui Jim has the best customer service and repair plan that I have ever seen. Could't be happier!

Amazing sunglasses! The double Hd polarization brings an exaggerated image of the world around you! Saltwater proof!!! Wear while on the beach or in it! They actually helped me see through my windshield better driving through REALLY bad thunder storm. Lifetime Warranty!! Lens cracked send it back.. Maui Jim are my go too sunglasses, absolute best for literally anything! Fishing? they remove the glare off the water and let you see the fish your trying tackle. This is my second pair of Maui's only because I lost my first pair.... But every lens on any style are the same, so what ever swag is Maui Jim has a style to fit your style. I am 100% a consumer and not affiliated with Maui Jim whatsoever (had to throw that in there, because my description sounds like a sales pitch, I'm a floor man and would love to receive some free Maui's haha) I paid full price. That just goes to show Maui Jim's "Sales Pitch" isn't one at all... its the COLD HARD TRUTH my friends!!
