Excelente producto , buena calidad

Just the glasses I was looking for.

These are the best glasses I've bought. Just what I was looking for. I hope to have these for years.

Would totally order these again.

These are great. I paid less buying it directly and paying out of pocket than my out of pocket after my insurance coverage at the optometrist office. Took them to my optometrist and they were happy to cut my lenses and install them.
I was surprised how much I liked the blue frames. He provided pics are pretty accurate. I've always been a grey/silver simple frame, but figured these are for reading so I dont really care that they are colored. I was happy that the frame was a different color so I could tell which ones are my new prescription.
Would totally order these again. I might even pickup another pair for next year. Yeah yeah I don't need the latest styles. LOL

Emporio Armani 1041 Semi-rimless frame

I have bern wearing this same high quality frame from Emporio Armani for several years and it has served me well. Was worried that I might not find a replacement but it is still available. And best of all, Amazon’s price was much better than every online source for the same product. Shipped quickly, with case and cleaning cloth.

Excelente compra

El Marco de la gafa NO es pesado y NO se marca la nariz! No pierde el color , ya son 3 unidades de gafas de está marca y modelo y todas súper !!

The sunglasses were perfect and very well packaged, all for an unbeatable price. Faultless service.

Other than the delivery times not being guaranteed as stated, I'm very happy with the purchase and the quality.

I haven’t used excel-optics before and I am very impressed. The sunglasses I wanted were miles cheaper than anywhere else so I ordered them. Delivery was only going to be a few days (all the way from Germany), and delivered on Wednesday, but they arrived the day before. Glasses are perfect. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great price, speedy delivery and good communications to keep me informed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get sunglasses now. Even a lot cheaper than Blue Light.

came in fast , 2 days. perfectly packed and as described.

Ray-Ban sunglasses, excellent value as I saved £60.00 on department store price and super quick delivery.

Precise order delivered, and on exactly promised time.
This in my book is excellence.

Absolutely fantastic service! Fast, efficient, and professional from start to finish. My glasses arrived at my home in London in under 36 hours from Germany, which was incredibly impressive. I received regular updates throughout the entire delivery process, so I always knew where my order was. Thank you, Edel-Optics, for such an outstanding experience. I will definitely be using your service again!

Very good genuine PRADA sunglasses and good price but UPS have rescheduled the delivery day many times - it’s eventually arrive though

Fast delivery from Edel (Germany) to my home in England… delayed by 2 days but even do arrived within a week. Nice glasses, safely packaged

Glasses arrived fairly quickly on the free standard delivery. They all come out of luxotica but I’ve waited a lot longer for some. Very happy.

I wanted Rayban sunglasses with quick delivery and the glasses arrived in good time and I am very happy.

After reading some reviews and being slightly cautious, I can say that I’ve received my prada glasses at a brilliant price and they’re genuine. Unfortunately they were a few days late being delivered but I think that was due to UPS and not Edel optics

Excellent service and first class product

Arrived from Germany within a week. Great service with a great price!

Ordering was simple and I was quite amazed at how quickly the sunglasses reached me in the UK.
They were very well packaged, with no danger of damage.
Once opened, they were exactly as described and in perfect condition.
I really can’t fault the process or the product, so why pay more elsewhere?

A very easy purchase with no problems. The sunglasses arrived in good time, were we'll packaged, and they supplied great communication and tracking information. I would definitely recommend edel-optics and hope to use them in the future. Many thanks 👍

The Glasses were perfect and it was easy to fit the Lens.
The small problem i have is that the glasses case liner is not properly attached and keeps falling out

Excellent product and even better customer service. Edel Optics committed to a delivery date and honoured that commitment. Very professional and I highly recommend.

Beautiful glasses arrived quickly, but arrived with one nose pad missing. Edel have offered to repair.

Quality product delivered promptly and exactly as described. Brexit made delivery much slower.

It did not take long to have another pair of Ray Ban at a competitive price.
Thanks Edeloptics !

Ordered my frames online, promptly despatched & delivered 👍
Well done

Fantastic service from Edel Optics, massive collection of all brands of eyewear, posting is via UPS, the best courier and free of charge arrived within four days. Would definitely recommend EO as they are most organised and professional Opticians, love to visit their high street shop in the UK.

Excellent and efficient service great prices

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
Well done, edel-optics.

good service and a well designed web site

Great price, spot on item.....think you

Excellent service!

Excellent selection with generous offers. I bought 2 Prada sunglasses at almost half price and the delivery and quality of the products were first class.

Absolutely fantastic company! So professional, responsive and competitive. I was a bit nervous about ordering overseas but honestly this has been one of the best online experiences I have had. Edel-optics are a class act and I will be recommending them to family and friends. I will certainly use them again. Thank you guys!

Smooth service and delivered by UPS .

Great shop, fast delivery.

Fantastic company. Wide range of designer glasses. Good customer service and easy returns.

I have used edel optics a few times now. Always a good deal and delivery is always as scheduled. Highly recommend them.

Good communication, great price and love the glasses

My Tom Ford sunglasses arrived today! Bit of a wait, but I was made aware of the delay and they arrived just in time for sunny weather. The sunglasses are just what I wanted. Beautiful and very stylish. Parcel was packed very well, and I received extra cleaning box, thank you! It’s second time I’ve ordered from edel-optics and I definitely not the last. Very happy- thank you.

Fast service and great response time from support If they have the glasses in stock they ship quickly

Had the exact brand size and colour frames I was looking for, and the best price too. Order was quickly dispatched and delivered within 3 working days.

So easy to order and very fast delivery

I'm a loyal customer - bought 3 frames previously. I ordered 2 frames in the current sale They arrived with one nose pad shattered & detached. I requested a replacement and was told they can not supply one! Previously I have been impressed by Edel

My existing glasses suffered a breakage. This left me trying to find a repair, luckily a quick search on line took me to Edel optics. Found the exact style and model. Ordered at 4 pm and they were delivered the next day! Brilliant service and so easy

Simply the best Customer experience from start to finish - superbly easy to navigate website with great products and genuinely competitive pricing. Stunningly quick delivery time and expectations exceeded. Many competitors could learn a lot from this exemplar service from Edeloptics. Thank you
