My partner has ordered several different glasses from ray ban before but this pair of glasses I have to admit is absolutely amazing. The look of the packaging was stunning. The sunglasses holder is beautiful and pretty strong compared to other cases that came with ray ban glasses in the past. They fit perfectly on him without squeezing too hard or needing to take them off. The comfort is great since he doesn’t need to take them off at any fast rate. Great presentation and definitely worth the money.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.

Fantastic service from Edel Optics, massive collection of all brands of eyewear, posting is via UPS, the best courier and free of charge arrived within four days. Would definitely recommend EO as they are most organised and professional Opticians, love to visit their high street shop in the UK.
Excellent and efficient service great prices
I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
