LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that Amazon has the "try before you buy" thing. My local eye places only carry a few pairs of Oakley's, and our Oakley store doesn't carry much for eyeglasses. So the only way you can try out new glasses "for real" is to order them through Amazon and you get 7 days to check them out. Awesome!!!

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
