Got this pair for my wife for Christmas and she loves them. Like all Burberry items they are made with care and quality. They came with a nice case and are exactly as described. Like all things Burberry my only complaint would be the crazy price, but it is a luxury brand and that needs to be considered.

I was in the Burberry store and wanted these but didn’t want to pay retail price. I loved them so I gave it a shot at the discounted rate here. They are just as nice as in the store. My father in law loved them so much, I gave them to him immediately and bought a second pair for myself.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
