Great sunglasses, case not that much.
The sunglasses are amazing, well built, not too dark, blocks the perfect amount of light. The only thing I did not like is that the case was a little beat up and there was no box, it was just a plastic bag.

I found these frames at other optometrists for almost double the price. Bought the frames and had prescription lenses installed. Good quality, comfortable to wear, and due to the size of the lenses give me a wider field of vision. Not to mention they look good on my face, I just wish I had a pretty face to match.

I haven’t used excel-optics before and I am very impressed. The sunglasses I wanted were miles cheaper than anywhere else so I ordered them. Delivery was only going to be a few days (all the way from Germany), and delivered on Wednesday, but they arrived the day before. Glasses are perfect. Would definitely recommend this company.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
