It’s still an original Emporio Armani unit, they do have business with them. These are way better than those commercial frames for reading glasses. Light weight and very comfortable to wear. Had to buy this to replace my original glasses that got accidentally damaged. Installed my prescription lenses and now it’s good as new.

Delivery was only going to be a few days (all the way from Germany), and delivered on Wednesday, but they arrived the day before. Glasses are perfect. Would definitely recommend this company.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.

Fantastic service from Edel Optics, massive collection of all brands of eyewear, posting is via UPS, the best courier and free of charge arrived within four days. Would definitely recommend EO as they are most organised and professional Opticians, love to visit their high street shop in the UK.
Excellent and efficient service great prices
I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
