What you get for the price...
The box came without any authenticity paperwork. The box had scratches and prints on it. The glasses were all stuck together and not in their appropriate spot in the case. These glasses are probably fake. I am going to make the best out of it.

Delivery was only going to be a few days (all the way from Germany), and delivered on Wednesday, but they arrived the day before. Glasses are perfect. Would definitely recommend this company.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
