Great glasses. This is the 2nd Holbrook I ordered in the same week. This Oakley sunglasses were supplied by "Other". And came in large box with just the glasses in a cloth sleeve and a small plastic generic bag. It was obviously a return as there was minor finger/hair shine on the inner temple pieces. The first pair I ordered were randomly supplied by a different company and included original manufacturer's box, glass cleaner and cloth. And we're clean! Very disappointed to spend so much money and then get an inferior presentation. Great glasses - prefer the S size for my more narrow face.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.

Fantastic service from Edel Optics, massive collection of all brands of eyewear, posting is via UPS, the best courier and free of charge arrived within four days. Would definitely recommend EO as they are most organised and professional Opticians, love to visit their high street shop in the UK.
Excellent and efficient service great prices
I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
