I got these for my adult son who usually buys cheap sunglasses. I wanted him to experience really nice sunglasses.When they arrived, I was worried. They were shipped in an envelop with a really flimsy cardboard box that was basically destroyed by the time it arrived to me. To my surprise, the case and the glasses were in great shape and unharmed.Before I wrapped these as a Christmas present, I wore them for a couple days. They are very comfortable. No squeezing on the sides of my head. The lenses are crystal-clear and make things easy to see, even in bright sunlight. They are obviously a very high quality and they look great. I especially like the two-tone frames.I gave the sunglasses to my son for a Christmas gift.Here is what he had to say about them:The sunglasses are sturdy and well built. They look nice and fit well. They are pretty dark which is good for the bright Texas sun.
Aviators with thick plastic frames
These are very distinctive looking but unfortunately do not look great on my face.If I had a short black bob with aggressive bangs, maybe I could pull these off. Maybe an Eastern European mullet would help. Sadly, I lack the style needed.Build is solid, as you’d hope at this price point from a reputable fashion brand. The thick frames feel very sturdy, and should handle a little bit of abuse. The carry case and cloth are high quality.On my head, the plastic arms are smooth and comfortable. The bridge and nose pads are also comfortable.The lenses have a silver mirror finish and don’t offer any appreciable distortion.Overall, a very dramatic take on the classic aviator frame. Asking price is in line with the brand’s other offerings but I dare say you can get equally good performance for less.

These are super stylish and look and feel great when wearing. You can tell these are made with high quality materials. I bought the polarized pair and you can see great whe wearing them in low light indoors. Love the two tone style. I have a bigger head and these fit great. I also like a wider nose bridge and these fit the bill. I was a bot concerned with the overall size and how heavy they might be but they are super lightweight. Was worried wheb I opened the padded bag amazon sent me because the cheap box they are packaged in was crushed, but the case which is soft with a hard nose bridge holder inside protected them well. I wish they would have put a magnet closure on the case because you have to put a lot of force to close on the button but it seems like that internal bridge holder protects the glasses when you snap it closed. Overall, these are probably my new favorite pair of glasses that should be getting come compliments. As far as the cost goes, these are pricey at $180 but I would say they are worth it.

I'll start by saying I'm not a fashion guy. My usual sunglasses max out at around $30, so these Michael Kors frames were well outside my normal comfort zone. But after trying them, I get why they cost more.The design is not your standard drugstore pair. The shape is modern and a little bold, but in a good way---I was honestly surprised at how much I liked the look on my face. They have a distinct style without feeling flashy or overdone.Build quality is where I noticed the biggest difference. The frames are solid, but not heavy, the hinges move smoothly, and the lenses are clearer than the cheaper pairs I've owned. Everything about them feels more refined and durable. The included leather case is far superior to the cheap cases I've grown accustomed to.ONce this worth mentioning is the shipping. These where sent in an envelope rather than a box. The sunglasses were inside a thin cardboard sleeve (See picture). USPS did their best to destroy the package along the way, and the box arrive looking like they drove the truck over it. Thankfully, the included leather case was strong enough to protect the sunglasses, and they came out unharmed. Not a flaw in the product, just something to be aware of if the seller ships the same way.At around$189, they're not inexpensive, but based on the fir, finish and comfort, I can honestly say I'm impressed. They're stylish without being over the top. These are something I'll actually wear regularly.If you want sunglasses that look sharp and feel well-made, even if you're normally a budget buyer like me. these surprised me in the best way.

It’s so rare that I can put on a pair of sunglasses without any adjustments and say, “This feels great!” It wasn’t too loose or too tight, it was simply perfect—so I hope you have a similar experience as well.In terms of the aesthetics and quality, this pair of sunglasses is amazing. The lens rims are mostly hexagonal, but the corners pull out so that it forms the seventh side. It is a very stylish look that combines edges and curves. In terms of colors, I love how the front is darker and smokey while the inside of the frames is an opaque white. While the product pictures try to show this, it is more like a frosty white material, and it looks really nice. When you look at the sunglass lenses, the right has an engraving of the Michael Kors logo while the left has a letter P. The lens are also a smokey dark gray color so that people can see your eyes and you can easily see through them. The hard plastic material feels durable and everything feels well-assembledOverall, I would recommend this pair of sunglasses and especially this Black-Clear gradient color option. It offers a striking and modern take on the traditional roundish aviator glasses, and it looks amazing in person.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.

After reading some reviews and being slightly cautious, I can say that I’ve received my prada glasses at a brilliant price and they’re genuine. Unfortunately they were a few days late being delivered but I think that was due to UPS and not Edel optics

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
