The product came in perfect condition with a case, a glass wiper and the glasses, which were placed in the case.
Within the package there was a personalised, handwritten note/letter by the seller.
I received the package a week earlier than expected, which was a happy surprise.

For the most part Ray Ban makes some nice shades. The lenses are really great as far as clarity but in recent years the quality of their frames has fallen off and just don’t seem to be up to what I remember. The brand is still iconic but now there are other brands that rival their style and quality.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
