I tried these glasses in an upscale store and I wanted to buy them but they only had the display pair and no price tag. I found this deal on Amazon and showed it to them so they could price it properly but the manager asked for an extra 100$ on top so I decided to buy it on Amazon and it was a fresh pair. Shipping was fast and I loved my glasses. I do recommend them.

These fit great and look great. Keep in mind I tried them on first in the store. They were on sale here and it was a great deal. They are lightweight. Accessories are just standard RayBan ones, nice protective case. Nothing else to say about those. I saw someone complaining about the cleaning cloth. Hah! Do everyone a favor and try them on first before you order online.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.

Excellent and efficient service great prices
I’m totally satisfied with my experience of edel-optics. Customer service on the phone was excellent and informative. Even helped me cancel my initial order to place it again so I could take advantage of a further discount code. The frame I wanted was a Menrad design and I was concerned because of the recent takeover of Menrad. Edel were very reassuring in the couple of times I spoke with them and sure enough the frame was delivered two days into their quoted delivery window. The product is brand new and comes with a quality hard case.
I can’t fault Edel in the way they have handled my order. Whenever I rang their UK number I always got to speak with someone promptly who was able to answer my queries. This has been a completely opposite experience to some of the reviews posted.
